Engage

Start with what matters most to your business.

How to begin

  1. Send a note. Tell us briefly what's stuck. Form below.
  2. 30-minute intro call. We confirm fit, scope the Readiness review, and quote the fee.
  3. Written quote within two business days. Readiness scope, timeline, and fixed fee.
  4. If you proceed, the Readiness review begins within two weeks. Two to three weeks of work; a written report and decision tree at the end.

Tell us what's stuck.

Common questions

What happens on the intro call?

Thirty minutes. We confirm whether the Enterprise Readiness review is the right fit, agree on a scope, and quote the fee in writing within two business days.

Who should be on the intro call from our side?

A senior decision-maker. Usually a CEO, COO, CFO, or head of a business unit. Engineering leaders are welcome but not required — the Readiness review is a leadership engagement, not a technical one.

What if we're not ready for a Readiness review yet?

Tell us why on the call. If a different shape of work would serve better, we will say so. We do not start engagements that don't fit.
