The Method

Seven areas. One validation layer. Verifiable from the outside.

The seven areas of an AI-ready business

Each area has its own page covering what "AI-ready" looks like, what we typically find on Day 1, what changes during a transformation, and what stays the same.

1 Your information
The data and records your business runs on. AI-ready means anyone — or any AI tool — can answer "what does this number mean, and where did it come from" without finding a person who happens to know. Read more →
2 Your connections
How your systems talk to each other and to outside services. AI-ready means adding a new AI tool does not require six months of plumbing — connections are documented, predictable, and changeable. Read more →
3 Your access
Who and what is allowed to do what. AI-ready means every action, including AI actions, runs under a named identity with the right permissions. Nothing operates as a shared anonymous account. Read more →
4 Your controls
The rules your business is supposed to enforce — legal, regulatory, internal policy. AI-ready means the controls are written down somewhere a system can check against, not stored in the heads of the people who have been there longest. Read more →
5 Your visibility
How you know what your business is doing right now and what it did yesterday. AI-ready means — when something goes wrong, AI-related or not — you can see what happened, who did what, and what the system saw. Read more →
6 Your release process
How a change gets from someone's head into the system that runs your business. AI-ready means small changes move quickly, big changes move safely, and the path is the same whether the change came from a person or an AI tool. Read more →
7 Your software
The applications themselves. AI-ready means the software is structured so that AI can read it, change it, and be checked against it. Software written before AI is often the hardest part — not because it is old, but because it was not designed to be inspected by anything other than the people who wrote it. Read more →

The validation built into the foundation

Every Business Transformation builds against validation tooling that catches three kinds of AI failure. We run it against our own AI as we build — that's how drift and hallucination stay out of what we ship — and it stays in the foundation for your future AI work to use.

  1. AI made it up. The AI confidently produced an answer that isn't grounded in your actual information. The validation catches this and routes the work back before it lands.
  2. AI behavior changed quietly. The same prompt, the same situation, a different answer than last week. Often invisible to a person; visible to validation. The tooling flags the drift.
  3. The work is slow. AI that takes 30 seconds to answer a question users expect in 3 seconds is not working — it's failing on a different axis. The validation measures this and surfaces it before users start abandoning the workflow.

This is the difference between "we shipped AI" and "we shipped AI that holds." It is the part of the Method we can demonstrate most concretely.

The architecture underneath

The seven areas compose into one architecture — what we call the agentic stack. It is the technical model for how AI, data, identity, controls, and existing software fit together to produce a system that holds.

If you are evaluating the depth of our work — or your IT and architecture leaders are — this is the right doorway.
